While the name "Jewish" does appear in the name of that "Jewish Autonomous Oblast", it is highly misleading to call it a "Jewish jurisdiction", since the Jews never constituted more than 25% of its population, and by 2021 this number went down to 0.6%. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jewish_Autonomous_Oblast
