He is, in fact, Rodolfo Barra. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rodolfo_Barra In 1996, Pagina 12 revealed he was arrested for the terrorist attack on a sinagogue.[7] An investigation also revealed these pictures of Barra perfoming the Nazi salute. He would later apologize saying "if I was a Nazi, I regret it".[8]
