This is a personal opinion. Kyle Rittenhouse killed two people during a riot. https://www.npr.org/2021/11/20/1057571558/what-we-know-3-men-kyle-rittenhouse-victims-rosenbaum-huber-grosskreutz People largely disagree with whether this is murder or not even if the courts claim it was self defense, opinions very divided. It's still a matter of opinion to call him a murderer.
