There is no evidence that this is real or where and when this was filmed. Someone with an actual chest drain would more than likely be ‘guarding’ where the tubes are in his chest. It is also unclear why he turned down the use of a wheelchair when offered https://www.cuh.nhs.uk/patient-information/chest-drain-insertion/#:~:text=You%20can%20move%20and%20walk,back%20into%20the%20pleural%20space.
