I am unable to find evidence to support the statement that "we" as in "the US" have send any support to Gaza .. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2023/10/23/which-countries-have-sent-aid-to-gaza-so-far this source lists the countries involved in aiding Gaza and the US is not on it. https://www.state.gov/humanitarian-assistance-for-gaza/#:~:text=The%20United%20States%20welcomes%20the,7%20terrorist%20attack%20on%20Israel This source does not confirm any aid send by the US at all ..
