Research supports giving red meat to children from birth to 18 months: https://experts.illinois.edu/en/publications/meat-helps-make-every-bite-count-an-ideal-first-food-for-infants https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3875190/ HOWEVER, only red meats "slow cooked, that can be shredded and served to the infant" and not RAW. There is limited research regarding feeding RAW meat to infants, as shown in this video.
