This was quite possibly caused by water. There were large scale floods in Seoul, South Korea on 8th of August 2022, basically submerging the basements. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_South_Korea_floods It was unclear if the force of water caused this or the person who originally posted this broke the doors herself - https://twitter.com/biya1024/status/1556646432077381632
