While it is true that Israel shut down electricity being delivered to Hamas ruled Gaza, it is also true that Hamas has large stockpiles of the fuel and generators necessary to provide electricity to Gaza – Hamas just chooses not to use them to power the hospitals. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/27/world/middleeast/palestine-gazans-hamas-food.html
