Original Note:
This claim is false. The instrument in the video is measuring the ‘volts per metre’(V/M) which is a measurement of electric field strength, not Radiation, which is measured in Sieverts(s/v). In addition, only an EF strength of > 5 kV/m(5000 v/m) is harmful to humans. https://www.arpansa.gov.au/understanding-radiation/what-is-radiation/non-ionising-radiation/radiofrequency-radiation#:~:text=For%20example%2C%20the%20unit%20'volts,means%20of%20the%20power%20density. https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/engineering/sievert#:~:text=Sievert%20(Sv)%20is%20the%20unit https://www.ehs.iastate.edu/sites/default/files/uploads/publications/manuals/emf.pdf
