The Hellfire R9X does not have spinning blades. The blades flip out immediately prior to impact. Spinning would be pointless at such speed. However the R9X is a 100lb missile and it is yet to be established if it was used here as one would expect more of it to remain behind. https://missilethreat.csis.org/missile/agm-114-hellfire/
