The Man in this video had lost a fistfight prior and was showing irratical behaviour linked to drug-abuse. (Article: https://www.vienna.at/23-jahriger-attackierte-polizisten-in-wien/8387500) Children & bystanders had been threatened by him wielding a glass shard. He was asked to put the shard down several times, 3x alone whilst being aimed at.
