This is a better quality and uncropped video https://www.reddit.com/r/IsraelWarVideoReport/comments/17junye/hamas_terrorists_destroy_approaching_vehicle_with/ Some are saying it's a police car, but in the HQ video is clearly seen, that it hasn't got red register plates of police (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vehicle_registration_plates_of_Israel#Police_registration_plates) , but yellow (civilian). It has red lights, so it might be a doctor, but we don't know for sure.
