"Jabalia refugee camp" is currently not a refugee camp. It hosted refugees in 1948 as a camp, and is now a build-up area north of Jabalia and a major Hamas stronghold. The name remained however calling it a refugee camp would be misleading to most readers. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jabalia_refugee_camp
