Israeli health care is funded by Israeli taxes, not US taxes. https://www.commonwealthfund.org/international-health-policy-center/countries/israel 99.7% of the $3.3B in FY2022 US aid mentioned in this thread was military aid under the 2016 MOU. https://usafacts.org/articles/how-much-military-aid-does-the-us-give-to-israel/ "US taxes are paying for Israeli health care" is misleading at best.
