Original Note:
The end of the post is not factual. According to reports, there has been 'significant' progress in hostage negotiations, even though there are some issues 'that remain'. But to say that there has been 'no progress' on negotiations is misleading. 1) https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/27/middleeast/hostages-qatar-negotiations-intl/index.html 2) https://www.npr.org/2023/10/24/1208312659/qatars-role-in-hostage-negotiations 3) https://thehill.com/policy/international/4271038-hamas-releases-2-hostages-negotiations-israel-gaza/ 4) https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2023-10-26/ty-article/.premium/sources-many-hostages-could-be-released-within-days/0000018b-6881-d78a-a5eb-7c8383710000 5) https://apnews.com/article/israel-palestinians-hamas-qatar-negotiations-hostages-8b7690d7585671d2d11f31f922e8f8f6 6) https://news.sky.com/story/israel-hamas-war-all-civilian-hostages-could-be-freed-from-gaza-in-days-if-fighting-paused-qatari-negotiators-say-12993168
