The Arabic word used is sabi. It has been used by Islamic extremists similar to Hamas to refer to young female prisoners which they would rape. This links refers to "al-sabi" "the young girl" https://www.hrw.org/news/2015/09/05/slavery-isis-rules This meaning is not the traditional usage and it can also refer to a young person.
