The Earth makes one full rotation every 23 hours and 56 minutes. This means the Earth rotates 15° per hour. Only at the equator is the linear speed ~1000mph, everywhere else it is much less. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth%27s_rotation We don’t feel it due to the Earth having a smooth rotation. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inertial_frame_of_reference
