Misstatement - the U.K. Ministry of Defense posted "Recent Russian assaults in Avdiivka have contributed to a 90% increase in Russian casualties recorded by the Ukrainian MoD." So: a) These are Ukrainian estimates, and, b) It says "increased 90%" (i.e. almost doubled)! https://twitter.com/DefenceHQ/status/1715968466501472576
