G.Fs autopsy report notes the official cause of death as “CARDIOPULMONARY ARREST COMPLICATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SUBDUAL, RESTRAINT, AND NECK COMPRESSION”. Fentanyl was also found in his Blood at 11 ng/mL.
