The photo Eman has shared is of the Kelly quadruplets, Heidi, Annabelle, Jessica and Hannah, from England. https://web.archive.org/web/20230530125823/https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-38379801 This is not to say that a family in Gaza hasn't had quadruplets killed in a bombing, but that the photo shared is misinformation.
