This is a crater left by an MK-84 bomb following a controlled detonation by an EOD team in 2019: https://www.dvidshub.net/image/5395509/eod-disposes-2000-pound-bomb This is BBC coverage of the incident showing the extent of damage at the hospital: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-67144061.amp Comparing the two makes it clear that whatever hit the hospital grounds was not an MK-84.
