It is impossible to determine this to be a missile 'aimed at Israel'. The missile in this footage can be clearly seen locking onto a heat signature, thrusting towards it, then impacting an object in mid air. In line with a heat-seeking missile intercepting an incoming strike. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mcUpeaSX8BE
