There’s no evidence that verifies who was responsible for the bombing of the al-Ahli hospital, however Israel has struck schools and hospitals already. https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/least-6-people-killed-israeli-air-strike-unrwa-school-gaza-2023-10-17/ It is not a stretch to assume Israel is behind it. To reiterate, there is no verifiable evidence as of now.
