The demonstration in Munich was banned in advance: https://www.br.de/nachrichten/bayern/trotz-ban-pro-palaestinensische-demo-am-odeonsplatz,Tsa9rY1 and possible legal remedies against the ban were not used by those who registered the demo. Therefore, the names were recorded. The non-peaceful (!) obstruction of police operations shown in the video is punishable in Germany.
