There is no evidence of this incident happening. A search of the web reveals the last shooting in Paris was in December 2022, when members of the Kurdish community were targeted (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-64077668). More recently, there have been concerns about rising anti-Semitic incidents in France (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/oct/12/scholz-pledges-zero-tolerance-as-antisemitic-incidents-rise-in-europe).
