Trans women, are by definition, male at birth, and have self identified as women. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans_woman#:~:text=A%20trans%20woman%20(short%20for,their%20sex%20assigned%20at%20birth). A verbal declaration does not and cannot affect your sexed body. Your sex remains male, no matter how firmly you identify as a woman or, in this case, as female.
