Mr Harper asserts that sex cannot be changed. The Equality Act defines Gender Reassignment as the process of changing sex. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/section/7 He also misrepresents Single Sex Services, where trans people should normally use the SSS appropriate to their affirmed gender. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/schedule/3/part/7 Sections 26-28
