It's a hoax most likely from a Nigerian website with the only source being an Instagram Story from an account that no longer exists. The date on the receipt is Sept. 22, while the Zelensky's were in Washington DC on Sept. 21 and arrived in Canada in the evening. https://twitter.com/pjvanerp/status/1709577723700564327
