Moscow says it won’t hold talks unless its conquests are recognised. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-63832151 Russia is using rape & torture in the places it holds. https://news.un.org/en/story/2023/09/1141417 Without armaments Ukraine would not be able to fight & it would have to leave its people in the hands of Moscow.
