It's clear that this is a joke, but what's not clear is that Chicago was founded by a Black Haitian man. His name was Jean Baptiste Point Du Sable: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean_Baptiste_Point_du_Sable However its also worth noting the founder of a place has nothing to do with the current state of it.
