Education is provincial jurisdiction, the federal liberal and ndp parties are not in power in Ontario where peel is. The policy which was interpreted incorrectly by the prov govs own admission wasn’t liberal/ndp censorship, it was legislated by the Ont. PC party. https://www.cbc.ca/amp/1.6964332
