I live in Rome and the 17% of houses Is not Airbnb The Total of abitations (hotels excluded) in Rome is 530685 http://dati-censimentopopolazione.istat.it/Index.aspx?DataSetCode=DICA_EDIFICIRES and the total of Airbnb, included hotel, is around 32000 https://www.cleanbnb.net/gestione-airbnb-roma/#:~:text=Airbnb%20Roma%3A%20tutti%20i%20numeri,crisi%20economica%20portata%20dalla%20pandemia. so around the 6% I suppose, earing some friend in other italian towns, what all the data are wrong
