Original Note:
Thunderbolt 4 is a very high bandwidth standard which the iPhone 15 doesn't support. While it would work with an iPhone, it'd be overkill, as it's meant to be used for professional workloads with a Mac/iPad Pro. A USB-C 2m cable (without Thunderbolt) is available for $29.00: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MU2G3AM/A/240w-usb-c-charge-cable-2-m
