Original Note:

False claims about the Hunza people have circulated for decades. But Japanese researchers found cancer and malnutrition there in 1955 and no especially long life span. Also Apricot seeds do not prevent or cure cancer, but can be harmful due to their cyanide content. https://www.aap.com.au/factcheck/barely-a-kernel-of-truth-in-pakistans-hunza-beating-cancer-with-apricot-seeds/ https://factcheck.afp.com/debunked-myth-circulates-online-about-cancer-cure-discovered-pakistans-hunza-valley https://www.sochfactcheck.com/people-from-hunza-are-not-cancer-free-due-to-apricot-seeds/
