We can see that’s it fake because 1. the Irish government, unlike many foreigners, knows the difference between the names of the state and the national football team https://www.un.int/protocol/sites/www.un.int/files/Protocol%20and%20Liaison%20Service/officialnamesofcountries.pdf 2. Irish postal correspondence puts the name and address in the top right hand corner, 100% of the time.
