There is a Benadryl branded combo product that contains both diphenhydramine HCI and phenylephrine: https://www.benadryl.com/products/benadryl-allergy-plus-congestion If PE is indeed taken off the market, combo products like this one that include it will be discontinued. This should not affect other Benadryl products that do not contain PE.
