The ADL website describes the ok hand symbol as a “hate symbol” and as “hate on display,” although it acknowledges that many people don’t use it in this sense. So the post is not misleading in saying that the ADL describes the symbol as hate speech. It does so very clearly. https://www.adl.org/resources/hate-symbol/okay-hand-gesture
