There is a basic error in nuclear physics in this video, though many points about nuclear policy are noteworthy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPYyWS16lbc&t=2602 The water in a reactor doesn't become H₃O. It becomes tritiated water, which is still chemically a kind of H₂O. It can also be written as ³H₂O, T₂O, ³HOH or HTO. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tritiated_water
