“Xbox won’t have this” is misleading. In fact, Bethesda supports mods on Xbox for Fallout 4 and Skyrim, and it is extremely likely that they will for Starfield as well. Skyrim has over 26,000 mods on Xbox, and Fallout 4 has over 28,000 mods on Xbox.
