Its Not going to be Blue (unless due to some local atmospheric condition). Its just Full Moon occuring in same (human defined) month, by a day or two. Not mysterious. Happens to also be overhyped "super moon" which occurs 3 or 4 times each year. No real difference to eye. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_moon
