The DSA is in direct conflict with article 11 of EU Treaty : https://fra.europa.eu/en/eu-charter/article/11-freedom-expression-and-information "(...) This right shall include freedom (...) to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority (...)", which also includes imparting misinformations (part of the DSA).
