The first screenshot shows that the comments Biden made about Musk were reported in November 2022. The DOJ's investigation into SpaceX that led to the lawsuit began in May 2020, well before Biden was inaugurated in 2021: https://abcnews.go.com/Business/spacex-sued-justice-department-alleged-asylee-refugee-discrimination/story?id=102535890 At that time, AG Bill Barr was the head of Trump's DOJ.
