This isn’t a Tesla Cybertruck on fire. It is a Ford F-250. There’s a combustion engine clearly visible in the latter half of the video in the front of the vehicle, whereas Tesla Cybertrucks have electric motors on each wheel and a full light bar across the front https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Cybertruck
