FMC merged with Harsco to form United Defense in 1994[1] which in turn was bought out by BAE Systems in 2005[2]. BAE Systems received a contract modification[3] running until Jan.31 2025 to produce Bradley IFVs[4]. Work will be carried out in York, PA.
