Without knowing where the police barricade was, there are three main ways to get out of Lahaina. One is to go north on Hwy 30 towards Ka'anapali, another is go southeast on Hwy 30 hugging the coastline thru Launiupoko, and Hwy 3000, a recently opened bypass above Lahaina. http://www.hawaiihighways.com/maui.htm
