Original Note:
Since Prime Ministers in the United Kingdom are appointed by the Monarch, no Prime Minister can ever be considered "elected". As a sitting member of the House of Commons, Rishi Sunak was elected to Parliament by a majority of his constituents on the 12th December 2019. https://www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/article/explainer/appointment-prime-ministers-and-role-king https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richmond_(Yorks)_(UK_Parliament_constituency)#Elections_in_the_2010s
