https://handbook.fide.com/chapter/TransgenderRegulations According to FIDE's new rules, a temporary ban will be placed on male to female transitioners in women's events, until FIDE makes a decision on their eligibility. FIDE also qualifies they need "sufficient proof of a gender change that complies with their national laws."
