Comments stating that Elon can't do this, because the app stores (Google and Apple's) don't allow it, clearly haven't heard about the concept of web app. X has a web app, no one needs to use the regular app, downloaded from the store, you just need a browser on your phone. https://www.codecademy.com/article/what-is-a-web-app
