Original Note:
The British Isles are particularly cloudy because they are located in the Warm Gulfstream. Contrails are created from water vapour coming out of an aircraft's engines. Jet engines produce water vapour as a bi-product of burning fuel. https://www.weatheronline.co.uk/reports/climate/England-and-Scotland.htm https://britainexplained.com/why-britains-weather-is-so-bad/ https://www.countrylife.co.uk/nature/the-10-types-of-cloud-youll-see-in-britain-and-what-they-tell-us-about-the-weather-216840 https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/learn-about/weather/types-of-weather/clouds/other-clouds/contrails
