This tweet misrepresents the context of what is written in the text (Page 80 -https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/ap-african-american-studies-course-framework.pdf) it does not say that it "teaches slavery was beneficial for Black people" it does say is that freed slaves used the knowledge learned to gain employment which unlike the tweet is a nuanced point
